MERCHANDISE SHIPPING POLICY
All merchandise will be shipped with MyHermes on a 3-5 day service
MERCHANDISE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please chose your size carefully, we will only accept returns on faulty goods. We only have limited stock of all clothing products.
CLASS REFUND POLICY
In the event that we have to cancel a class or series of classes, for reasons such as adverse weather or teacher illness, a full refund will be provided or a credit on your pricing plan if applicable.
If yoou need to cancel your booking, please provide as much notice as possible. We will refund the full payment if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice or provide a credit to your pricing plan.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the class are not entitled to an automatic refund.
