Silver Swans ballet runs on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9 - 10am
Suitable for complete beginners aged 40+
 
Adult contemporary runs on Wednesday evenings from 6 - 7pm
Suitable for those with some previous dance experience aged 16+
